Our Story...

Our story starts with my first "duck" dog, Gada! Gada became my best friend as a young teenager. She was a well-trained dog that needed a good home. My home became her home. My bed became her bed. My family became her family. She was my first huntin' buddy. Gada made me fall in love with the sport of duck hunting. She had more experience than I did with duck hunting. To say she "trained" me isn't an understatement. Today, Gada is retired. Her heart is willing but her body wore out on her. She didn't retire without training her two replacements, Gus and Bella. Yes, it took two to replace her. Gada enjoys long naps and occasional swims in the pond. Gada will always be the start of our story. She is my best friend and deserves the Best Life!
Circle D Labs is NOT a kennel. Our dogs love to hunt but they are our family. They hog the couch and the bed(Gus)! Our goal is to produce top quality Labs. If you are looking for a new family member that loves to hunt then I think Circle D Labs has the perfect dog for you.
